Begin with a coat of Wildflowers "Mist" Gel Polish.  Cure. 

(Repeat a second time)

Take the Wildflowers Angel Flakes and Scrubby Brush and apply the flakes to the sticky layer of the gel polish.

Finish by adding a coat of Wildflowers Top Coat Gel.
