Where does the name come from?
Dipstick was named in honor of Lauren’s late father-in-law, a beloved member of the Wildflowers family and a proud war veteran. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, whether it was potting jars of glitter or fixing brushes in Metallic Topcoat. One day, he spent hours fixing brushes and accidentally dented Lauren’s brand-new classroom table with his tools—a table that’s now a cherished reminder of his hard work and love.

Dipstick gave EVERYONE in the family a nickname, it was like a right of passage into the family.  Known affectionately as the “original Dipstick,” he gave Lauren the nickname “triple-dipper” and her husband “double-dipper.” His memory lives on through this polish, a tribute to his kindness and dedication.
